God of carnage by yasmina reza
Directed by Melissa Martin
Politeness is a thin veneer and it’s cracking fast.
When two sets of parents meet to discuss a playground incident, civility quickly gives way to chaos. As the wine flows and egos clash, facades crumble in this razor-sharp comedy of manners (and lack thereof). God of Carnage exposes the absurdity bubbling beneath the surface of so-called civilized society.

talk back nov. 16th
Join us after the performance of God of Carnage on Sunday, November 16th for a special talkback with Dawn Lehman, founding partner of Collective Change Partners.
Dawn will lead audience members in a conversation exploring how the explosive conflicts in God of Carnage reflect real-life challenges in communication, accountability, and community. Together, we’ll explore how restorative dialogues might shift the way we approach tension—in our organizations, our relationships, and our shared values.
With nearly two decades of experience in Restorative Justice and Conflict Transformation, Dawn has trained hundreds of people to mediate conflicts and facilitate restorative dialogues, conducting numerous sessions that range from minor school infractions to violent felonies.
